Simple Easy And Very Delicious Lasagna Recipe
I can't remember the first time I tried lasagna, but I do remember the first time I participated in making the yummy dish at home. It was in my grandmas kitchen where Mexican food is mostly made. However, my aunt once mentioned that she knew how to make Lasagna, and I can remember being a young girl and being so excited about homemade lasagna. She gathered the ingredients and then I helped her make a lasagna. I can't remember the exact recipe she used, but I'm sure it's similar to mine from what I can remember.
It's probably because I miss my Nana's house and all my family back in Los Angeles, but making Lasagna in Italy brings me back to these tender memories from my childhood. I appreciate those moments in the kitchen with so many wonderful women in my life.
Back to my lasagna. I really enjoy making lasagna for my family. I typically try to make one Italian meal a week, as well as Mexican, American, Asian etc. So this past week was time for us to have Lasagna on a breezy Sunday spring time day in beautiful Italy.
