Someone left this comment on my previous reel about me telling my kids that my husband bought the presents and not Santa. My husband has no clue what anyone is getting for Christmas and yes I stay up late to wrap the presents, but I think my part is much easier. I’d hate having to wake up early and work, leave my kids, and do this every day for my entire life. I am aware of all the work that I do with the kids and in the home and I’m proud of it. It’s team work we just have different jobs and I prefer to hang out with my kids and spend the days slower.

Sometimes I second guess posting “controversial” content, but I don’t think there’s anything wrong with sharing my view and my values because there are a ton of women who feel “seen” when they come across my content. I respect everyone’s views and lifestyles. I’m just sharing mine ♥️

I get it, but I’m teaching my kids to be honest and to trust us. Soooo, it wouldn’t make sense to lie to them. It’s about teaching our kids where hard work comes from. Daddy works hard to make the holidays happen.

Well technically I’m the one to add them to cart and press complete purchase, but you know what I mean 😂

Also, I give myself credit for all the extra magic I bring with the decorating, activities, crafts, baked goods, and yummy foods ♥️

I never said it was a QUICK DINNER I said I have to make DINNER QUICKLY! 😅

Seriously though I rushed home after a play date with the girls and started this chicken parm dinner♥️ my husband was impressed, thankful, and said it was “bomb” because I typically try to go for easier dinners when I go out somewhere or sometimes end up doing take out. But other times I make the more complicated dinners on my errand/outing days 😅

Have you tried making chicken parm? It’s fairly easy it just takes more time!
