You guys really liked my recent video of a 1950s fun fact, so I decided to make a little spin off.

Here’s a bit more details:

I’ve noticed that when filling out paperwork there isn’t a HOMEMAKER option anymore. I truly love to care for our home and family. I love organizing my day, having the time to nurture myself, and setting goals and projects.

I’m constantly working on teaching my kids to be respectful towards others and to mind their business lol but also I think women need to remember to RESPECT their husbands in general.. of course it goes the other way around too. And MANNERS! It’s more than just table manners. It’s learning when to not speak, helping others, making everyone feel included the list goes on. I purchased a manners book that has been lots of fun reading with my girls.

There’s something so precious about HANDWRITTEN LETTERS. When you take the time to write someone a letter it’s thoughtful and sweet.

I like to feel put together because I am so much more productive and I feel better about myself when I do, but I am also not afraid to say that I like LOOKING PRETTY FOR MY HUSBAND

My husband and I are aware that we work better when we stick to GENDER ROLES. However, that doesn’t mean that he doesn’t clean, cook, or take care of the kids. He’s actually very helpful at home. Those things are just my main job and his main job is providing.

I’m still trying to convince my husband to have FANCY AT HOME DATE NIGHTS lol. Because it sounds so fun to dress up, cook dinner, have some wine, maybe slow dance 🤣 for now we’re sticking to comfy and cozy date nights with snacks and movies, but I’ll keep you updated if he changes his mind!

When I watched her walking down the road with the doll stroller this song automatically popped into my head lol. This happens to me often over music I haven’t heard in many, many years. My husband always says “you’re so programmed” 😫😂

However, this reel signifies how I felt when my oldest child, Jane, was getting older and reaching the preschool age. I was like wait a minute this is it? Am I suppose to hand her over for the day now? I haven’t had enough time. Nobody knows her like I do or understands her like the way that I do. I love spending time with her..

This is the initial reason why I chose to homeschool. There are a million more reasons but this was what started it all.

Also Aurora’s skirt fit her big and was sliding down which is why I’m laughing 🥰
