Right after Christmas I jump into declutter Christmas mode! Anybody else feel the same way?

With that said, I’m still holding onto some of the winter decor and embracing the season. I recently noticed that stores are already stocking up on the Valentine’s Day stuff. That’s what consumerism does, always rushing us to the next thing. But let’s not forget, it’s still winter for a couple more months. When we live in balance with nature we nurture both our bodies and soul. Now is the perfect time for rest after the holidays, reflect, and to enjoy warm comforting foods.
