Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Recipe
- 1 6 ounce cup strong coffee OR 1 shot espresso
- Pumpkin Spice Creamer (recipe below)
- Pumpkin Spice
- Ice
- Sugar or other sweetener of choice
- 3-4 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Brew coffee and allow to cool for a few minutes or pop in the fridge
- Fill cup with 4-5 iced cubes and slowly pour over coffee. Sweeten with a bit of sugar if desired.
- Add pumpkin creamer
- In a small cup add heavy cream, vanilla extract, and froth 15-30 seconds until light and foamy.
- Pour over coffee and garnish with pumpkin spice if desired.
Pumpkin Spice Creamer Recipe
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk or Heavy Cream
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
- Heat all ingredients until boiling for 1-2 minutes.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before using.
- Pour into a container with lid, like a mason jar.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
