Homeschool Routine(A Gentle Feast)
Hey!! Today I am excited to share with you our homeschool routine! I have two daughters who are currently in 3rd grader and the other a kindergartner/first grader.
We homeschool mostly with A Gentle Feast and use other resources as well. We really enjoy our homeschool routine and I find our curriculum and schedule to be very lovely and calm!
Here are the links to the curriculum and resources we use.

Morning Time
Mindfulness/Self Care During breakfast we begin morning time. We begin with mindfulness and self care work. Currently we are reading part two of a book named Sara. The book is about the law of attraction and it is a very fun, relatable, book that the girls(and I) enjoy. We will alternate with a reading, a mindfulness activity, and more. We have done mindfulness jars, dream boards, goal setting, affirmations, journaling, meditations etc. We work on self esteem, confidence, positivity, emotions, and more. We use this curricula sometimes.
Beauty Loop We alternate between different subjects including:
Mondays: Journal Entry
Tuesday: Poetry Recitation
Wednesdays: Composer/Artist Study
Thursday: Poet Study
Friday: Short Stories/Fables
Language Arts Jane (8 year old) will do her copy work and language arts page for the day, it alternates between spelling words, free writing, drawing, dictation. Juliet (5 ½) will work on copywork and sometimes draw.
Break Time- 15 minute break. We do some cleaning and running around.

During this time we enjoy yummy desserts, baked goods, lunch snacks, along with tea, orange juice, iced tea, or hot cocoa.
Handiwork
In the afternoon or during tea time we will alternate with the following:
Mondays: Handicraft (origami, craft, sewing, clay, art, and more!)
Tuesdays: Jane will do piano and Juliet will do ballet lessons
Wednesdays: Drawing/Painting
Thursdays: Chores/Gardening/Errands
Fridays: Nature walk/study/Errands
Field Trips/Playdates: We try signing up for as many field trips and gatherings with our local homeschool group! Usually weekly.
